Mike Shapiro, team president for the San Rafael Pacifics, publicly confirmed the formation of the new independent professional baseball league called the Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs.? The recent article out of San Marin (CA) County also is the first to mention possible home locations for the Sonoma County Grapes team, which was a travel team in the 2012 North American League.? Those locations include Vallejo and Ukiah California.
