This week?s answers:
I dont know what is the problem with me but every month i find myself very depressed for 1 week. I have been noticing that this is mainly 5-10 days before my periods. I am not sure why this is so but this depression is leading to lots of issues in my personal life. I have started abusing and hitting my spouse and kid without much reasons. I keep crying and yelling at them during this time. After a week i repent for what i have done. I have been facing this issue for a long time. I get angry and break things too ?
I feel very tired and cant even do household chores so was told to check my haemoglobin levels. It was 8 six months back so i started taking iron tablets. Last week i checked my iron levels and it has increased to 11.6. I even took calcium tablets for 1 month and felt that that month my depression was under control. When i asked 1 of my friends she told taking calcium without doctors prescription can lead to stone formation. Therefore i have stopped taking it now. Kindly help me solve this problem. Please let me know if this issue can be bought under control ?
